Drop us a message — we read every one. The site is small enough that you'll get a real reply, not a ticket number, usually within a day or two.

If you've found a math discrepancy with your bank's official term sheet, or a country-specific rule we got wrong, that's the kind of message we genuinely want. We'd rather fix something than have it sit there inaccurate.

A few things that help us help you faster

For bug reports, the more context the better — your browser, your device, and ideally the inputs you used so we can reproduce what you saw. A screenshot is worth a thousand emails. For accuracy questions, tell us what number you got and what number you expected; we'll either explain the gap or fix it.

Feature requests are very welcome. We don't promise to build everything (the project is small enough that we have to triage), but we read all of them and the most-requested ones tend to make it onto the roadmap.

Response time

Usually 24–48 hours, sometimes faster. If something's actually broken on the site (calculator not loading, math giving wildly wrong results), put "URGENT" in the subject and we'll jump on it.
